Christina Griffin

Christina Griffin is a coach, nonprofit professional, and dedicated community volunteer with a passion for supporting others and creating meaningful change. Since earning dual degrees in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Kentucky, she has focused her career on helping individuals grow and thrive. As the founder of Griffin Coaching and Consulting Group, Christina works with clients to build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, and navigate personal and professional goals. She also works with Interise, where she helps small business owners—particularly in underrepresented communities—access resources and create sustainable growth through collaboration and strategic planning. Her professional background includes work in government, legislative policy, economic development, and historic preservation through organizations such as the Nevada Women’s Lobby, the Nevada State Legislature, and Preservation North Carolina.
In addition to her professional work, Christina stays actively involved in the Nashville community through volunteer service and board leadership. Deeply committed to community service, Christina contributes her time and talents to a number of causes throughout Nashville and beyond. In addition to serving on TJC’s Event Committee and Board, she also serves on the boards of organizations such as the Junior League of Nashville and Pawster. Christina has been recognized by local groups including the Young Leaders Council and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as a “Top 30 Under 30” award winner. She regularly participates in nonprofit events and volunteer projects and is especially committed to causes that support mental health awareness, social justice, economic opportunity, and community connection. In her free time, Christina enjoys doting on her epileptic dog, Wilbur, researching epilepsy awareness and seizure prevention in pets, volunteering with her church, and attending local food and sporting events around Nashville.
